Henrietta Mensah, a level 100 student of the Ghana Institute of Journalism who has been selected to represent the Greater Accra Region in the upcoming Ghana's Most Beautifu pageant, has appealed to the general public for their massive support.
In an interview with gijonlinenews.com she said as part of the program outlined for this years pageantry, there will be a durbar with which to outdoor her as the Greater Accra representative in the pageantry.
She said, "The durbar is going to be organized to show that you have the support of your people and to signify that your family members are officially giving you out to the event organizers thus TV3 to partake in the pageant."
"It is also done to communicate to the people what you actually intend on doing and to seek the support of the people because from that day onwards voting commences. I would therefore like to use this opportunity to appeal to all of you to support me on my journey throughout the competition"; she added.
The durbar which will come off on the 12th of August 2017 would be held at Jamestown British Accra, at two 2pm.
Miss Henrietta Mensah was the second runner-up in the 2017 GIJ Miss Communicator beauty pageant held earlier this year.
