Abdominal fat is one of the most difficult types of fat to get rid of. Having a lean belly is a key of health, so your body tries to preserve this by controlling your appetite and energy expenditure. Many people,most especially ladies with big belly find ways and means to get rid of it in order get a good shape.

Some spend lots of money on drugs and herbal tea in order to burn this fat. Too much intake of these drugs has its side effects.

 Speaking to, a nurse from Tarkwa Municipal Hospital, Miss Dorcas Ackah stated “cucumber is one of the best fruit many people have not considered for burning fat”.

Cucumber is high in beneficial nutrient, low in calories and high in water.

She went further to say that, people who want to reduce fat in their belly should mix cucumber, honey, lemon juice, aloe vera gel and ground ginger.She believes the mixture will be of great help to them.

 She further explained that, this juice must be taking every night before going to bed in order for it to work effectively adding, signs will be seen within 5 days.
