Richmond Anim Damoah is a level 300 student of Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), a preacher, author, astute leadership and success coach, entrepreneur, event consultant, motivational speaker and most importantly a worker in the Lord’s vineyard (Pleasant Place Church, formerly Sheepfold Chapel). He works as,

  • the Founder & CEO of Echo of Leadership Africa (a human capital and innovation leadership development organization),
  • Founder & Executive Chairman of Leaders World (a global leadership development platform for the next generation of leaders across the world),
  • Founder & Executive Chair of The League of Student Leaders Africa (a Pan-African student leadership development platform),
  • CEO of The Student Investment Bank (new bank specially developed and made for students),
  • CEO of Citation GH,
  • Founder & Executive Chairman of Events Africa and also the  
  • founder of RAD & Associates.

Echo of Leadership Africa seeks to transform Africa by identifying, developing, and connecting the next generation of Innovative African Leaders. It is dedicated to training a global vanguard of young men and women who are stepping forward to effectively confront the greatest needs of Ghana and Africa as a whole.

Echo of Leadership Africa has member chapters and branches in various tertiary and senior high schools across Africa, including GIJ, University of Johannesburg-South Africa, University of Professional Studies Accra, Central University, University of Ghana and University of Cape Coast.

At the age 21, Richmond has hosted top-notch, highly successful, influential and great man and women including Bishop Samuel Noi Mensah (President of the Full Gospel Church & CEO Omega Strategic Leadership International), Bernard Koku Avle (Host for Citi Breakfast Show on Citi 97.3 FM & the Ghana Report Show on Viasat 1), Godwin Martey (CEO WEBSOFT SOLUTIONS), Kwame Gyan (Airtel Ghana), Patrice Amegashie (Host, This Morning Show on Viasat 1) and Edwina Momoh (CEO Exousia Consulting UK).

He is currently a board member of De-Art Multi-Media & Technology Institute in Akim-Oda, Ghana.

Richmond has to his credit, 5 books; Precious Treasure, Capsules of Benefits, New Birth after Birth, the Revolution and Leadership.

Being a student at GIJ, he served as the organizing secretary of Campus Christian Family (CCF) during his second year and a deputy prayer secretary during his third year. He also served as the clerk to the general assembly of GIJ-SRC in level 200.

Richmond was the Human Resource manager for his class company during the Public Relations “I LOVE GHANA CAMPAIGN” in level 200.

He also served as the General Assembly Representative for his class in level 300 and was appointed to serve on the vetting committee of General Assembly and also a member of GIJ-SRC Finance Committee and the Chairman for GIJ-SRC General Assembly Sankofa Committee.

Richmond is an old student of Akim State College-Akim Oda, where he served as the main chapel prefect (Chaplain) and S.R.C Constitutional Chairman.

Richmond aims at encouraging, comforting and urging people to live lives worthy of God, and to also transform mind sets and impact generations. He expresses his love for God in everything he does.
